Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a $50 fee for their missed appointment. This amount just be paid prior to your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session booked. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL OR EXPLICIT component to massage whatsoever. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY insinuations, jokes, gestures, conversations, or requests. AT NO TIME ARE YOU ALLOWED TO TOUCH YOUR THERAPIST DURING MASSAGE SESSIONS. ANY infraction of this policy will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services at that moment, or in the future. You will be charged the full retail service price regardless of the length of your session. If any of this behavior is exhibited we will call the police, file a report, and press charges. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS OR SECOND CHANCES REGARDING THIS POLICY.
