     My name is Stacy Williams and I have been a licensed massage therapist in NH for more than 15 years.  I have extensive training in deep tissue techniques, especially pertaining to neck and back pain, polarity therapy, dystonia massage, energy system clearings, and craniosacral techniques.  I also have experience with trigger point therapy, myofascial work, reflexology, neuromuscular and therapeutic work.  My goal is to aid and assist each and every one of my clients on their personal healing journey. Through the use of massage and polarity therapy, I will help you let go of physical and emotional stresses, allow your system the time needed to reset, relax, and re-energize itself, and give you the opportunity to take an active role in your health and well-being.

     When I work, each session is customized based on your needs for that visit. Be it focused deep tissue work,  some wonderful crystal work and polarity therapy for your energetic systems, a therapeutic, but relaxing massage, RYSE energy system clearing, or any combination of these and other modalities, I've got you covered.

     I provide a safe and caring environment, with focused, intentional work. Each time you receive, your system enters a healing state and you will leave with an increased self-awareness, more relaxed muscles, and a calmer mind.
